Alex Bushong

Alex Bushong has a diverse work experience starting in 2015 as a Development and Digital Design Fellow at MilkCrate. Alex then worked as a Web Programmer and Developer Intern at Lebanon Valley College in 2017. Following this, they interned as a Development Intern at Andculture. In 2017, they also worked as a Communications Intern at the Sustainability Advisory Committee, where they updated web content, created posters and flyers, and wrote press releases. From 2018 to 2020, Alex worked as a Software Developer at Candoris. Alex then joined FireEye, Inc. as a Senior Software Engineer, where they worked until 2022. Currently, Alex is a Senior Software Engineer at Trellix, and starting in October 2022, they will be a Software Engineer at Zipline.

Alex Bushong completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Digital Communications, with a concentration in Programming, at Lebanon Valley College from 2014 to 2018. In 2016, they also briefly attended The University of Waikato, where they pursued a similar Bachelor of Science degree in Digital Communications, also specializing in Programming. In addition to their formal education, Alex obtained the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in August 2021.
