Danny Nelson

Danny Nelson's work experience includes various roles in different companies.

From 2023, they worked at Zipline as an Engineering Lead.

Prior to that, they worked at Unstoppable Domains from 2021 to 2023, where they served as an Engineering Manager. In this role, they led the Ecommerce Growth team and implemented measures to reduce fraudulent free domain orders. Danny also established a hiring review meeting to ensure hiring targets were met.

From 2014 to 2021, they worked at Good Eggs. Danny started as a Software Engineer and eventually became a Senior Engineering Manager. Danny led multiple teams, including one focused on supply chain and warehouse management systems. Danny implemented a Master Data Management system to streamline product updates and successfully delivered a project that was behind schedule. Danny also selected and integrated a new Warehouse Management System.

Before that, they worked at Hack Reactor as a Software Engineer. Danny developed ChatBuilder, a tutorial used in the Hack Reactor admissions process, and improved the submission process to save time for admissions staff.

In 2014, they also had brief stints as a Frontend Engineer at ClientSuccess and as a Software Engineer at NodePrime.

Danny Nelson attended Northwestern University from 2008 to 2012. Danny then transferred to the University of Southern California, where they studied for one year from 2012 to 2013. Afterward, in 2013, they attended Hack Reactor for a year, focusing their studies on software engineering.
