Daphnie Friedman has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Daphnie started their career as a Summer Engineering Apprentice at Cold Regions Research and Engineering Laboratory in 2017. Daphnie then worked as an Exhibits Intern at Montshire Museum of Science in 2019. In the same year, they also served as an Assistant Technician at the Rapid Prototyping Laboratory at the University of Pennsylvania. In 2020, they joined Ansys as a Product Management Intern and later became a Teaching Assistant in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Pennsylvania. In 2021, they worked as a Summer Analyst at Avascent. Daphnie also gained experience as a Mechanical Engineering Intern at Zipline in 2022 before becoming a Mechanical Engineer at the same company in 2023.

Daphnie Friedman completed their education at the University of Pennsylvania, where they earned a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Mechanical Engineering from 2018 to 2022. Following their undergraduate studies, they continued their education at the same university and is currently pursuing a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Mechanical Engineering, with an expected completion year of 2023. Prior to attending the university, Daphnie graduated from Hanover High School in 2018, where they obtained their High School Diploma.
