Jason Hicks is a seasoned professional in technical recruiting, currently serving as the Engineering Recruiting Manager at Zipline since January 2024, where the responsibility includes managing a team dedicated to sourcing talent for various engineering disciplines. Prior to Zipline, Jason held the role of Technical Recruiting Manager at Google from April 2016 to January 2024, overseeing a team that expanded the Hardware Engineering Teams with a focus on cutting-edge technologies. Jason's recruitment expertise also includes a position as Technical Recruiter at Google, where recruitment efforts were concentrated on critical areas such as Google Ads and Google Research, along with earlier experience as a Technical Sourcer at Google via Adecco.
