Joshua Kintz currently serves as a Mechanical Test Engineer at Zipline, starting in November 2025. Prior to this, Kintz was a Senior Engineer in Chassis Development & Validation at Lucid Motors from August 2022 to October 2025, and held the position of Race Tire Development Engineer at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company from July 2021 to July 2022. Kintz's experience includes leadership roles in the Formula SAE team at VT Motorsports, where responsibilities spanned across mechanical leadership and budget management. Additional experience includes a Design Engineer position at Practical Elegance, an Engineering Mechanics Student Associate role at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, and an Electronic Materials Intern position at Parker Lord. Kintz holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Virginia Tech, graduated in 2021.
