Kelly Gardner

Kelly Gardner, SHRM-CP, is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various roles. Kelly currently works at Zipline as a People Partner, providing HR support. Prior to Zipline, Kelly worked at Wrike, where they held the positions of Human Resources Generalist/Sales HR Business Partner and Sales Recruiter. In these roles, they were responsible for attracting and retaining top talent for the company. Before Wrike, Kelly worked at KCD PR Inc., where they served as a Talent & HR Coordinator, managing recruitment, onboarding, and office logistics. Kelly also held the roles of Account Executive, Account Coordinator, and Jr. Account Coordinator at KCD PR, overseeing client accounts, media relations, and marketing initiatives. Additionally, Kelly served as a Public Relations Intern at KCD PR and as a Marketing Intern at SDSU Department of Child and Family Development. Kelly also contributed to The Daily Aztec as a Digital Content Editor and Staff Columnist. Kelly was involved with PRSA San Diego/Imperial Counties Chapter as a New Pros Committee Mentorship Program Co-Chair. Throughout their career, Kelly has demonstrated strong skills in HR, recruitment, media relations, marketing, and project management.

Kelly Gardner, SHRM-CP, pursued a degree in Journalism with a specialization in Public Relations from San Diego State University. Kelly completed their education at an unspecified timeframe. Kelly also holds several additional certifications. In July 2021, they obtained the SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) designation from SHRM. Kelly had previously achieved the same certification in July 2021. Additionally, Kelly obtained an Inbound Certification from HubSpot in November 2016 and another in September 2015.
