Michael Rigby

Michael Rigby currently serves as the Flight Test Operations Lead and Flight Test Operator at Zipline since August 2023, while also working as an Adjunct Instructor for the Office of Professional Education - UAS at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. Prior to these roles, Michael was the President of PosterGarden for nearly 19 years, where responsibilities included overseeing operations, training, and customer relationship management, as well as ensuring quality in product development and production. Michael also held the position of Vice President of Operations at PosterGarden, focusing on product quality and production systems. Earlier experience includes serving as an Account Manager at MarComm Design and as a Flight Service employee at American Airlines. Michael earned a Bachelor of Science in Unmanned Systems Applications Development with a minor in sUAS Operations from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in July 2023.
