Reema Paranjpe

Reema Paranjpe has had a diverse work experience in the field of recruitment and human resources. Reema started their career at Tesla as a Recruiting Coordinator, where they supported recruiting efforts for embedded software and energy products. Reema then joined rideOS as a Senior Recruiter, where they were responsible for recruiting, culture, and some content/marketing initiatives. During their time at rideOS, the company raised $34 million in funding and was later acquired by Gopuff for $115 million. Reema then moved on to Secureframe, where they served as a Senior Technical Recruiter and later as a Recruiting Manager. At Secureframe, they were the first recruiting hire and played a crucial role in helping the company build trust and stay secure. Reema then joined SINAI Technologies as a Senior Recruiter, where they worked on the leading decarbonization platform, focusing on measuring, analyzing, pricing, and reducing emissions. Currently, they are working as a Recruiting Partner at Zipline.

Reema Paranjpe's education history begins in 2008 when they attended Alpharetta High School. Following their high school education, they went on to enroll at The University of Georgia from 2012 to 2016. During their time there, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology.
