Battery Test Engineer at Zitara

Jose Romero is currently a Battery Test Engineer at Zitara. Jose also wrote python scripts to clean and format large amounts of energy consumption data from all California energy utilities. Jose was also in charge of automating and streamlining the data collection process by writing scripts. Prior to that, Jose was at UC Davis Campus Recreation and Unions from August 2017 to October 2019, where they provided support with technology issues remotely and on site to about 200 UC Davis staff members. Jose was also in charge of scheduling employees, meeting deadlines delegating tasks, and technical training. Jose supervised IT employees with maintaining and replacing computer infrastructure.

Jose Romero has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of California, Davis and a minor in Electrical Engineering from the same school. Jose is currently a data analyst for an economic research firm.
