Mihail Musat

Mihail Musat has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Mihail is currently the Business Line Director for Managed Services at Zitec. Prior to this, they co-founded and served as a board member of Asociatia Lume Buna, an educational NGO focused on reducing the school dropout rate in rural communities. Mihail also worked as the Director of Technical Operations at Bigstep, where they managed key projects, budgets, and resources. Additionally, they held the position of Senior Trainer as a freelancer, delivering training sessions for corporate clients. Mihail worked as a Trainer at FranklinCovey and RCS & RDS, and as a Project Manager at Hostway Romania and Openlink Networks. Mihail also served as a Volunteer at AIESEC and Trainer at Nestlé.

Mihail Musat has an extensive educational background. Mihail obtained their Executive MBA from WU Executive Academy between 2023 and 2025. Prior to that, they earned a Master's degree in Managerial communication and human resources from Scoala Nationala de Studii Politice si Administrative (SNSPA) from 2006 to 2008. Mihail also holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Economics from Academia de Studii Economice din Bucuresti, which they completed between 1999 and 2006. Mihail'searliest educational experience includes attending the National College in Computer Science "Tudor Vianu" Bucharest from 1995 to 1999. In addition to their formal education, Mihail has obtained various certifications, including an AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in 2023 and a Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in 2016. Mihail also holds certifications in areas such as customer analytics, business metrics, and leadership.
