Mitch Mannino

Mitch Mannino is a Detector Engineer at Ziteo Medical, where responsibilities include developing and maintaining calibration techniques for radiation detectors in prototype medical imaging devices since April 2023. Prior to this role, Mitch was a PhD student at Oregon State University from October 2017 to March 2023, focusing on the development and testing of radiation detectors integrated with digital pulse processing systems utilizing FPGAs. Mitch's earlier experience includes working as a Nuclear Engineering Associate at Argonne National Laboratory from May 2011 to June 2019. Educational qualifications comprise a Doctor of Philosophy in Nuclear Engineering and a Master of Science in Nuclear Engineering from Oregon State University, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Nuclear Engineering from Purdue University.
