Cliff Flowers

As the Executive Vice President of Engineering Services, Cliff Flowers is responsible for leading the strategy, implementation, execution, and continued growth of Zivaro’s Engineering Services Team.

His team’s technical expertise, commitment to excellence, and “Mission First” attitude and culture uniquely position Zivaro in both the Commercial and Federal markets.

In this role, Cliff and his team directly support Zivaro’s customers in identifying IT and business solutions that best support their requirements and missions.

Cliff brings over 20 years of experience to Zivaro, previously working at Lockheed Martin as a Program Manager leading a team supporting missile warning, air, space, and missile defense missions for the Department of Defense.

Before his ten years at Lockheed Martin, Cliff was an Air Force Communications Officer serving at various locations worldwide and was deployed to the Middle East supporting Operations ENDURING FREEDOM and IRAQI FREEDOM.

Cliff earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Behavioral Sciences from the United States Air Force Academy in 2000 and a Master of Science in Management from Troy State University in 2003. He also earned a Master of Science in Project Management from the University of Denver in 2012. Cliff met his wife, Dara, while serving in the Air Force, and they have two sons, Carson and Cooper.
