As Zivaro’s Vice President of Solutions and Chief Technologist, Stephen is responsible for developing solutions and architectures for Zivaro customers and partners. Also, Stephen enables technical sales elements representing a cohesive set of core go-to-market products and solutions for Federal, State, and Local Education (SLED), and Enterprise commercial markets. He achieves revenue and profit margin growth by developing and anchoring C-level mission and line-of-business owner relationships to improve performance within large and technically complex accounts. Stephen’s relentless commitment to achieving client mission and business objectives and skill in formulating complex systems integration activities, and developing solutions make him a genuine asset to Zivaro.
Before Zivaro, Stephen worked at Raytheon as their Engineering Director and Chief Engineer, where he was responsible for establishing strategic and technical roadmaps for the Nuclear Command, Control, and Communications (NC3), and Battle Management Command and Control (BMC2) markets. He was also Chief Engineer at Lockheed Martin, where he led all engineering activities across multiple C2 programs, and established IRAD technology direction, market retention and penetration strategies, and built multi-year technology roadmaps. At Lockheed, Stephen was involved in all aspects of technology development, customer communication, and budgeting to successfully grow the business.
Stephen holds a BS in Mathematics and Applied Mathematics from the University of Nebraska at Omaha, and an MS in Computer Science, and Web-based Enterprise Management, from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs.
