Karolina Hauss is the Co-Founder and CEO of Reekruit since April 2023, and also serves as the Head of Talent Acquisition at Zive, beginning in March 2024. In these roles, Karolina focuses on analyzing hiring needs, developing long-term recruitment strategies, and enhancing the candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
