Pall Ivarsson

VP of Product and Customer Service at Zive

Pall Ivarsson has extensive work experience in the gaming industry. From 2006 to 2012, they worked at CCP, where they held various roles such as Senior Game Designer, Game Master, and Senior Game Designer. In these positions, they were responsible for designing features in EVE online, managing team documentations, and providing player support.

In 2012, Pall joined Zive, Inc. as the Director of Customer Support & Senior Project Manager. Pall later became the VP of Product and Customer Service. During their time at Zive, they managed the day-to-day operations of development, product, and customer support. Pall also developed relationships with partners and users to enhance product features.

Pall Ivarsson began their education by earning a High School Diploma from Þinghólsskóli in 1998. Pall then attended Menntaskólinn í Reykjavík from 1998 to 2000, where they studied various subjects such as Chemistry, Geology, Math, English, Danish, Icelandic, and Greek and Roman history. In 2004, Pall Ivarsson attended the Icelandic Flight Academy and obtained a PPL (Private Pilot License) in Aviation.

In 2009, they obtained a CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner) certification from Scrum Alliance, specializing in Scrum Agile Project Management. The same year, they also gained a Project Owner certification from Scrum Alliance.

In 2011, Pall Ivarsson pursued further education at Háskólinn í Reykjavík, where they obtained a Certified Project Management Associate degree in Project Management in 2012.

With a diverse educational background ranging from aviation to project management, Pall Ivarsson has continuously expanded their knowledge and expertise in various fields.
