Yvette Mommen

Yvette Mommen has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Their most recent role was as the Director of People & Recruitment at Zivver, starting in March 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Ohpen as the Head of HR & Recruitment from June 2019 to March 2022. In this role, they led a team of 9 employees and implemented an HRIS system while improving HR processes.

Yvette also had a significant tenure at Cognizant, where they held various HR positions. Yvette started as an Associate Director HR for Cognizant Digital Business in November 2017 and later became an HR Manager at Mirabeau, a Cognizant digital business. During their time at Mirabeau, they managed the HR and Recruitment department, integrated Mirabeau into Cognizant, and played a vital role in the cultural integration and stakeholder management. Yvette also improved onboarding, recruitment processes, employee engagement, and handled legal integration tasks.

Before joining Cognizant, Yvette worked as an HR Manager at Business Lease Group from February 2008 to October 2017, where they set up HR operations internationally and professionalized HR within the Netherlands. Prior to that, they were an HR Manager at Semecs - Member of SERO EMS Group, where they set up a global organization structure and improved the level of HR globally. Yvette also had a role as an HR Officer at STORK Benelux from 2000 to 2004.

Throughout their career, Yvette has demonstrated their ability to lead HR teams, implement HR systems, improve processes, handle stakeholder management, and drive organizational integration. Yvette has extensive experience in strategic and operational HR responsibilities and has worked across multiple countries and industries.

Yvette Mommen obtained a post-bachelor degree in HRM/Business Administration from VOPB in the year 2003 to 2004. Prior to that, they completed their bachelor's degree in Personeel & Arbeid at Hogeschool van Arnhem en Nijmegen (HAN) from 1994 to 1998. Yvette also attended Elzendaal college from 1993 to 1997, where they completed their HAVO degree. Apart from their formal education, Yvette has additional certifications including an EFSET English Certificate (72/100 C2 Proficient) obtained in May 2020 from EF Standard English Test (EF SET), a TMA Talenten Analyse certification from TMA Method obtained in 2014, and a predictive index certification from The Predictive Index obtained in 2011.
