David Meltzer

David Meltzer is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in software security and engineering. Currently employed at Zix since November 2019, David specializes in software engineering. Prior to this role, David spent over 38 years at Raytheon, where positions included Senior Software Security Engineer, focusing on the security of tasking/scheduling systems in AWS, and various roles as Senior Software Engineer, contributing to agile projects involving multi-protocol messaging systems and legacy tasking systems. David holds a Master of Science in Security Engineering from Southern Methodist University and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Stony Brook University.
