Israel Drori, over the past 24 years, has founded and operated numerous technology companies, which redefined markets, delivered shareholder value, and have been recognized as market innovators and leaders. Israel co-founded Zixi in 2006 and previously served as the Company’s President.
Prior to co-founding Zixi, Israel served as the CEO and President of Integra5, a real-time voice, video, broadband, and mobile data communications company, where he successfully re-started the company and established its sales and marketing strategies. Prior to leading Integra5, Israel founded and served as CEO of three other companies. These companies include Legra Systems, an enterprise wireless switching systems company; MeetU, a web-based online collaboration company, which was acquired by Polycom (NASDAQ: PLCM); and NetXchange, an Internet messaging infrastructure software and applications company that Israel led to become a recognized product leader in the voice-over-IP market. Israel also served as the Vice President of Wireless Access at BreezeCOM (NASDAQ: ALVR), where he repositioned the company as a leader in the wireless Internet-access marketplace. In the early ’90s, Israel founded and led LanOptics (NASDAQ: LNOP) as Vice President of Corporate Development. He guided LanOptics through a successful IPO in the LAN Switch/Hub market two and a half years after the company's inception.
Israel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Mathematics from Hebrew University in Jerusalem.
