Kasia Pietrzak is an experienced professional currently serving as a Guide & Mentor at The Insightful with Kasia since February 2023. With a longstanding career at Zizzi Restaurants since May 2005, Kasia has held various roles including Restaurant Excellence & Internal Comms Manager, Front Line Service Trainer, New Openings Trainer, and General Manager.
