Justin Thrasher

Justin Thrasher has a diverse work experience in the telecommunications industry. Justin is currently working as a Senior Client Services Manager at zLinq, where they help clients improve their telecom infrastructure and enhance the experience of their customers. Prior to this role, Justin worked at Windstream for several years in various positions. Justin served as a Director - Customer Success, managing a regional team and focusing on solution adoption in areas such as SD-WAN and Cloud Voice. Justin also worked as a Director - Account Management, responsible for the development and retention of enterprise accounts in the Southeast region. Justin's experience at Windstream also includes roles as a Sales Engineer and an Account Executive, where they consistently exceeded sales targets. Before joining Windstream, they worked at PAETEC as a Major Account Manager and Senior Account Manager, achieving high sales retention and exceeding sales goals. Justin started their career at US LEC as a Senior Account Specialist, responsible for managing a base of customers and driving revenue growth.
