Issac Lau Zhen Xian's work experience includes the following:

- From October 2017 to the present, they have worked as a Senior Consultant at znt Zentren für Neue Technologien GmbH.

- From February 2017 to October 2017, they worked as a Senior Engineer (MES) at Osram, where they were responsible for providing solutions and support for manufacturing needs related to MES (Manufacturing Execution System).

- From June 2012 to February 2017, they were an IT Engineer at AMD, where they provided 24/7 support for manufacturing systems and led the IMS (Information Management Systems) Development Team.

- From April 2010 to September 2011, they worked as a Software Engineer at pentamaster.

Issac Lau Zhen Xian began their education journey in 2006, where they pursued a Diploma in Information System Engineering at Tunku Abdul Rahman University College (TARC) until 2009. Following this, they enrolled at Universiti Terbuka Wawasan in 2010 and completed their studies in 2013, obtaining a degree in Computer System and Networking with a specialization in IT.
