They have held various positions in research and development, starting as an R&D Team Leader at Standford Personal Care from 2000 to 2003, followed by R&D Manager roles at Bocchi Laboratories from June 2003 to May 2013, Benchmark Cosmetic Laboratories from June 2013 to March 2017, and currently as a Senior Scientist at ZO Skin Health Inc. by Zein Obagi MD since March 2017.
