Chandler Martin

Chandler Martin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human capital management and recruitment. Currently serving as the Senior Director of People at Zocdoc since March 2020, Chandler plays a pivotal role in enhancing the healthcare experience for millions of patients. Prior to this, Chandler held positions as Director of Recruiting at Marchez Projects and Human Capital Consultant, where valuable insights were gained through global travel and freelance work. At Red Ventures, Chandler significantly impacted the non-profit Road to Hire, focusing on economic mobility for young adults, while also overseeing human capital for the sales division and improving various recruitment processes.
