Melissa Morgenstern

Melissa Morgenstern currently serves as the Director of Business Operations & Growth Strategy at Zocdoc, where responsibilities include building and leading a Business Operations team that aligns operational realities with strategic priorities. Prior to this, Melissa held various leadership roles at Compass, including Director of Business Operations & Strategy, where the focus was on scaling the company and preparing for IPO, as well as managing national marketing operations across multiple major markets. Melissa's earlier experience includes marketing and project management roles at XO Group Inc., GCI Health, Makovsky, and NBCUniversal, complemented by an educational background in Communication Arts from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a study abroad program at John Cabot University.
