Samuel Max Howe has a diverse work experience in the financial industry. Samuel Max currently serves as the Head of Operations at Zodia Custody, owned by Standard Chartered Bank, Northern Trust, and SBI. In this role, they lead various teams and works with clients on settlement, launching ETPs, access to defi, and standard custody. Previously, they co-founded a private crypto hedge fund and later became an advisor and equity owner. Prior to these roles, Samuel worked at HSBC as the Equities Execution COO EMEA, overseeing various initiatives across cash equities, FX, fixed income, and derivatives. Samuel Max Howe completed their education at the University of Leicester, where they obtained a BSc degree in Chemistry with a 2:1 classification in 2008. Samuel Max later pursued a Master's degree in Finance at the same university, completing it in 2009. Additionally, they achieved the Level 1 certification in Investments and Securities from the CFA Institute. Furthermore, Samuel obtained various certifications, including the Investment Management Certificate (IMC) from CFA UK in 2011, the CFA Level I in 2012, and the MiFID II Asset Management Implications from BPP in 2016. Samuel Max also holds the ACSI certification from the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investments.
