Dina White

Dina White serves as General Counsel at Zodia Markets, where responsibilities include managing legal matters, strategy, advisory, risk management, and governance. In addition, Dina is a founding member of Chief, a private network for women leaders, and a charter member of TechGC, which supports General Counsels in the tech industry. Previous experience includes serving as Relationship Manager at U.S. Bank, where complex specialized transactions were reviewed and negotiated, and as Mergers & Acquisitions Counsel at BNY Mellon with a fintech focus. Additional roles include Vice President of Corporate Trust at BNY Mellon and work as a Lawyer at Clifford Chance, specializing in debt and equity capital markets. Dina White holds a Graduate Diploma in Law from City St George’s, University of London, and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from the University of Leeds.
