Bea Coghlan

Bea Coghlan is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in managing HR and operational functions across various sectors. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Zodiac Maritime Limited since March 2019, Bea previously held the same title at Blinx Technology from April 2020 to April 2021. Prior to that role, Bea was the Head of Human Resources and Operations at Noddy's Nursery School from June 2015 to March 2019, overseeing HR and operations for two nursery schools in South West London, and supporting a team of 90 staff members. Bea holds an Intermediate Certificate in Human Resource Management and a Certificate in Shipping Business from Lloyd's Maritime Academy.
