Loris Shala

Loris Shala's work experience begins in 2011 as a Creative Designer at Ortus Group, where they created advertising campaigns for clients such as JP Morgan. They then moved on to work as a Creative Designer at JAM Flicks, where they edited footage and managed social media advertising. In 2012, Loris became an Operations Manager at Ancona Cafe, successfully establishing the cafe as a competitor to larger chains. They later worked as a Recruitment Officer at Regent Group UK, utilizing marketing strategies to attract quality candidates. In 2014, Loris joined Salt as a Consultant, specializing in contract recruitment for creative and design positions. They then joined Cogs Agency in 2015 and held various roles, including Senior Consultant and Head of Team for Product, Design, and Creative. In 2019, Loris returned to ZOE as a Talent Director, Product & Design through Cogs Agency. Finally, in 2023, Loris worked as a Talent Director, Product & Design at ZOE, a nutritional science start-up focused on helping people understand their biological response to food.

Loris Shala obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Arts, Entertainment, and Media Management from Royal Holloway, University of London. This degree was completed from the year 2007 to 2010.
