Bianca Bejah

Bianca Bejah has extensive experience in the restaurant industry, currently serving as General Manager at Zoes Kitchen since February 2014, after previously holding the position of Assistant General Manager. Prior to this role, Bianca worked at Zaxby's Franchising, Inc. as an Assistant General Manager from April 2010 to September 2013. Bianca holds two Bachelor of Business Administration degrees in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies and Business Administration, Management and Operations from the University of Tasmania, completed between 2007 and 2009.
