Andrew Cartoceti

Andrew Cartoceti, DVM, DACVP, is a highly experienced Veterinary Anatomic Pathologist with a diverse background in veterinary pathology spanning multiple prestigious institutions. Currently employed at Zoetis since November 2021, Andrew has previously worked as a Veterinary Pathologist at the Smithsonian Institution, where responsibilities included conducting gross necropsies and overseeing zoo necropsy services. Andrew's earlier roles encompassed diagnostic work at UC Davis School of Veterinary Medicine and a residency at San Diego Zoo Global, focusing on wildlife pathology and education. Additional experience includes serving as an internship coordinator and director of a wildlife clinic at New England Wildlife Center, along with roles at the University of Georgia and Cornell University. Andrew holds a Diplomate of the American College of Veterinary Pathologists from the University of California, Davis, and earned a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Cornell University.
