Calin Sferdean

Calin Sferdean is a highly experienced scientist currently serving as a Principal Scientist at Zoetis Inc. since March 2019. Prior to this role, Calin worked as a Senior Scientist at Ash Stevens LLC, a subsidiary of Piramal Pharma Solutions, from August 2006 to March 2019. Calin's academic background includes a PhD in Organic Chemistry from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, awarded in 2006, and both a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Organic Chemistry from the University of Bucharest, completed in 1997 and 1996, respectively. Additionally, Calin contributed to academia as a Graduate Teaching Associate at the University of Bucharest from 1997 to 2000.
