Janine Knaup

Janine Knaup has extensive experience in human resources, primarily within the pharmaceutical and animal health sectors. At Zoetis Inc., Janine has progressed through various senior HR leadership roles since January 2013, currently serving as VP, HR Lead International Operations, and previously overseeing vital HR initiatives across multiple regions. Janine played a key role in establishing the HR function for the DACH region after Pfizer's spin-off of its Animal Health division. Prior experience includes serving as Talent Acquisition Manager for Germany and Ireland at Pfizer and acting as an HR Business Partner in Berlin, where Janine supported diverse divisions and managed significant HR strategies during organizational transitions. Janine holds a Diploma in Business Administration from the University of Applied Science Dortmund and has further educational experience from the University of Southern Queensland and Hildegardis Schule Hagen.
