Josh Berwanger

Josh Berwanger, PhD, currently serves as a Senior Scientist at Zoetis Inc. since July 2021, specializing in immunoassays for Veterinary Medicine Research and Development. Prior to this role, Josh was a Lab Safety Officer at the University of Notre Dame from August 2016 to July 2021, certified by the Lab Safety Institute and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. As a Research Assistant at the University, Josh gained extensive experience in microporous membrane modification, immunoassay principles, and method development, successfully creating three novel mimotopes for therapeutic monoclonal antibodies. Josh's academic foundation includes a PhD in Chemistry from the University of Notre Dame and prior research experience at Grand Valley State University.
