Lynn Costa

Previously, Lynn held senior leadership roles at MassMutual as SVP and Head of Technology Operations, overseeing a $900 million budget and a workforce of 3,000 staff. Lynn's experience also includes roles at Stanley Black & Decker, Voya Financial, and The Hartford Insurance Group, where responsibilities encompassed IT strategy, enterprise architecture, and cross-organizational transformation. Lynn holds an Associate's degree from Hartford College for Women, ensuring a solid foundation in liberal arts and sciences.
