Stephen Rauf

Stephen Rauf is an experienced procurement leader currently serving as the Global Lead of Indirect Procurement at Zoetis since September 2024. Prior to this role, Stephen held key positions at Bristol Myers Squibb, including Senior Director of Strategic Sourcing & Procurement, and Director of Procurement Strategy & Services, where responsibilities included strategizing and executing large-scale projects and developing procurement staff. At Accenture, Stephen led a team of over 20 professionals managing $8 billion in annual spend for Fortune 500 clients. Earlier career roles include Senior Manager of Strategic Sourcing at Dow Jones and Strategic Sourcing Category Manager at Johnson & Johnson. Stephen holds a BS in Computer Information Systems and an MBA in International Business, both from Rider University.
