Louden Richason

Louden Richason is the SVP of Strategic Partnerships at Zogo Finance. Louden was previously with On Deck as a Catalyst Scout from January to April of 2022. Prior to that, they were with Next Gen HQ as an Investment Consultant from April 2021 to July 2022. Louden also served as the SVP, Strategic Partnerships at Zogo Finance from April 2020 to May 2022. Louden began their career as a Business Analyst Intern at Abercrombie & Fitch in May 2018 and then became a Business Analyst at the company in June 2019. Louden also interned at BSR (Business for Social Responsibility) in May 2017 as part of the Pathways of Change Fellowship. In addition, they were a Student Research Assistant at The Center for Advanced Hindsight at Duke University from September 2016 to May 2017.

Louden Richason's educational career includes a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Duke University and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Harvard Business School. Louden also attended Hempfield Area Senior High School.

Louden Richason reports to Bolun Li, Chief Executive Officer. They are on a team with Shyam Pradheep - VP of Operations, Lisa Mercer - VP of Content, and Karinne Strikowski - Marketing Manager.
