Hung Nguyen

Hung Nguyen has a diverse work experience in the field of system engineering and IT management. Hung is currently working as a System Engineer at Zoi, where they provide technical support for Google Workspace to global Karcher customers, automates tasks using Google Apps Script and Python, ensures infrastructure stability on AWS, and leads daily meetings to assist colleagues. Previously, they worked as a System Engineer at DEK Technologies, troubleshooting streaming systems for TV broadcasting companies, and managing tickets through Jira. Hung also has experience as a System Engineer at Deliveree On-Demand Logistics and as an IT Manager at Swandor Hotels & Resorts, where they supported users, innovated data centers, optimized server performance, and maintained various systems. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Technical Helpdesk Analyst at Atos, troubleshooting hardware and software issues for customers, and as a Network Engineer & Hardware Tester at i3 International, providing support and maintaining servers and data centers.

Hung Nguyen completed their Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Ho Chi Minh University of Science from 1998 to 2003. Hung then pursued a Master's degree in Youth Ministry from Don Bosco Center Study between 2014 and 2017.

In addition to their formal education, Hung Nguyen has obtained several certifications. Hung completed the "Managing Google Workspace" certification from Coursera in February 2022 and the "Introduction to Google Workspace Administration" certification from Coursera in January 2022. In 2020, they obtained the "AWS Certified SysOps Administrator – Associate" certification and the "AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate" certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS). Furthermore, in 2004, Hung Nguyen obtained the "Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)" certification from Cisco.
