Joseph Huynh

Joseph Huynh has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. Joseph is currently the Co-Managing Director at Zoi, where they are involved in development projects focused on introducing cutting-edge technology and innovative business models. Prior to Zoi, Joseph was the Co-Founder of Candylio, where they helped enterprises optimize their Atlassian software.

Joseph also worked at Atlassian as a Product Manager, specifically focusing on JIRA Service Desk and customer insights. Joseph was responsible for the successful implementation of the Service Desk Mail Channel project. Additionally, they worked as a Principal Product Manager at TINYpulse, a B2B SaaS product that tracks employee happiness and productivity.

In the past, Joseph held positions as a Senior Product Manager at Lazada Group, overseeing payment and onsite development in Southeast Asia, and as the Head of Digital Strategy - Consultant at Bates CHI&Partners, where they led the digital offering and managed a team.

Before that, Joseph served as a Regional Product Marketing Manager at Yahoo!, where they played a key role in launching Yahoo The Gioi Sao & Yahoo Nang. Joseph started their career as a Product Manager at Webtretho and later became a Senior Product Manager at Navigos Group - Vietnamworks.com.

Their experience also includes working as a Project Manager at Match.com, where they focused on web implementation and coordination with account managers for client/partner sites.

Joseph Huynh completed their Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from the University of Canberra from 1996 to 2000. Prior to that, they attended Woolooware High School from 1990 to 1995, studying Maths, Physics, Engineering, and English. In 1993, Joseph also briefly attended the Australian Defence Force Academy for a Spring Engineering program, focusing on Aeronautical/Civil Engineering. In addition to their formal education, Joseph obtained various certifications including the Pragmatic Institute Product Management PMC-Level III from Pragmatic Marketing in September 2014, the Atlassian Certified Jira Administrator from Atlassian in December 2019, and the Atlassian Certified in Jira Project Administration from Atlassian in November 2018.
