John Brobbey Agyemang

John Brobbey Agyemang has extensive experience in logistics and supply chain operations. John Brobbey served as the Country Head of Logistics & Supply Chain Operations at ZOLA Electric from 2018, where they managed all transport and distribution operations in Ghana. John Brobbey was responsible for inventory management, supply planning, warehousing, procurement, transport, import/export, and staff management. John Brobbey also developed supply chain strategies aligned with corporate objectives and optimized inventory management and logistics processes.

Prior to that, they worked at ED&F Man from 2015 to 2018 as the Country Logistics Operations Manager. In this role, they oversaw all inbound and outbound transport and logistics operations in Ghana. John Brobbey implemented best practice processes and procedures and ensured compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies.

From 2012 to 2015, John was the Logistics Operations Manager at DHL Supply Chain. John Brobbey successfully revitalized operations and client relationships for Guinness Ghana Breweries, Diageo Africa. John Brobbey managed a team of 190 and multiple trucks and contractors, introducing new health and safety policies and procedures. John Brobbey also achieved zero injury time loss and implemented logistics management for Unilever and Coca Cola during their tenure. Prior to this role, they served as the Warehouse Manager at Guinness Ghana Breweries, Diageo Africa where they ensured efficient warehouse operations and coordinated logistics with the manufacturing plant.

Earlier in their career, John worked at Volvo Construction Equipment as the Warehouse Manager at Multi-tech Services Ltd Ghana. John Brobbey was responsible for the supply of Volvo heavy-duty parts to clients in the northern half of Ghana.

John Brobbey Agyemang has a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Supply Chain Management from Coventry University. John Brobbey also holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Mathematics from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology in Kumasi. In addition to their degrees, they have obtained the Diplôme d’études en langue française (DELF) A2 certification from the Ministère de l'Éducation nationale in April 2017.
