Jill Szekely

Jill Szekely, MBA, has a diverse and extensive work experience. Jill is currently the Director of Order Fulfillment at ZOLL Medical Corporation, a position they have held since April 2020. Prior to this, Jill worked at Lash Group from 2008 to 2020, where they held various roles of increasing responsibility. In their most recent position at Lash Group, Jill served as the Director of Operations from June 2017 to April 2020. Jill managed a team of 5 direct reports and 75 employees, overseeing a client program that verified benefits, coverage, and limitations for 75,000 patients. Jill consistently met or exceeded key performance indicators, such as turnaround times, benefit investigation, call processing, adverse event reporting, and staffing. Before becoming Director of Operations, they held positions as Senior Manager of Operations, Manager of Operations, and Program Supervisor at Lash Group.

Prior to their work at Lash Group, Jill worked at Caremark-TheraCom from 2008 to 2009. Here, they held roles as Specialty Pharmacy Liaison/Team Lead and Program Representative. Their responsibilities included administering a database containing patient, insurance, and physician information, managing a data entry team, and leading staff training sessions.

Jill's earlier experience includes working at the Office of Daniel Szekely Jr., DMD from 2003 to 2008 as the Office and Treatment Manager. In this role, they handled various responsibilities such as accounts receivable, insurance reimbursements, vendor relationship management, insurance benefit information, and payment arrangements with patients. Jill successfully maintained insurance receivables below 30 days outstanding.

Jill Szekely, MBA, received their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Healthcare from the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business in 2022. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Psychology & Business from the University of Pittsburgh at Greensburg in 2004.
