Julia (Osterman) Strong has a diverse background in the environmental and sustainability field. Julia'smost recent role is as the Director of the Climate and Nature Finance Collaborative at ZOMALAB. Prior to that, they cohosted and co-founded the podcast Solving Climate, Naturally. Julia also worked as the Head of Business Development at NCX, where they connected sustainability leaders to forest carbon credits. Julia gained experience in investment and project management at New Forests and the California Governor's Office of Planning and Research. Earlier in their career, Julia held roles at Blue Forest Conservation, Fenix International, Emerson Collective, and The Nature Conservancy. Julia has a strong educational background, having conducted ecological research as an undergraduate at Yale University. Julia's work experience demonstrates their commitment to addressing climate change and their ability to lead and develop impactful initiatives.

Julia (Osterman) Strong received a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Studies from Yale University in 2013. Julia went on to attend Stanford University Graduate School of Business from 2017 to 2020, where they obtained an MBA-MS in Environment and Resources. In addition to their academic achievements, Julia is also certified as an Open Water Scuba Diver by PADI.
