Achin Sood

Achin Sood is an experienced engineering manager at Zomato since January 2016, where responsibilities encompass understanding business goals and identifying systemic issues in collaboration with cross-functional teams, and creating both long-term and short-term solutions. Prior to this role, Achin held multiple positions at Zomato, including team lead and senior software development engineer, working as a full stack web developer. From April 2012 to December 2015, Achin served as co-founder and CTO of Gharsearch.com, developing the entire website and managing its SEO. Achin's earlier experience includes a web development internship at InstaLively and a trainee position at Net Solutions. Achin holds a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology from Panjab University, completed in 2016, and attended St Stephen's School in Chandigarh for high school education.
