Mauricio Escobar

Mauricio Escobar is an experienced professional currently serving as the Gerente de Desarrollo Organizacional at Zonamerica since December 2004, overseeing the integrated management system and corporate social responsibility (RSE) programs. Escobar has reported directly to senior management and has coordinated initiatives focused on employment and productive entrepreneurship through the Fundación Zonamerica. Additionally, Escobar holds a position as a docente in Emprendedurismo e Innovación at the Universidad Católica del Uruguay since February 2014, and serves as Socio Director at Motiva Personas en Movimiento, which specializes in HR consulting. Escobar's academic background includes a Master of Business Administration from Universidad Católica del Uruguay and a degree in Trabajo Social from Universidad de la República.
