KC MacLaren is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in delivering cloud-based solutions and managing technology programs across various corporate functions. Currently serving as VP of Business Technology at Zonar Systems since March 2019, KC leads teams in program management, application development, data analytics, and IT operations. Previous roles at Starbucks Coffee Company included Director of Digital Workplace Incubator, where KC drove R&D efforts and advanced technologies, and Director of Emerging Platforms & Innovation, where KC pioneered Starbucks' mobile strategy. KC's early career involved consulting roles at Point B Solutions, Perot Systems, and Accenture, complemented by dual degrees in Industrial Engineering and English Literature from Lehigh University.
