Patty Namsapanan

Patty Namsapanan is a UX Designer at Zonar Systems, specializing in end-to-end fleet telematics solutions for the EV and ELD teams since March 2022. Contributions include significantly enhancing EV customer growth through the IoT Device Manager, conducting extensive user testing and analysis, and facilitating cross-functional collaboration to prioritize product features. Prior experience includes working at Tokensoft as a UX Designer, where responsibilities encompassed managing usability testing for a VR platform and creating various design elements. Additionally, experience as a User Researcher/Designer was gained at Puget Soundkeeper Alliance, focusing on user research to improve website experience. Patty holds a Certificate in User Experience Design from the School of Visual Concepts and an Associate's degree from Seattle Central College.
