Charles Adams

Charles Adams has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Charles started their career at Merritt's Ace Hardware, where they worked as a Manager for seven years. Charles then joined CrimePoint as a Project Coordinator, where they oversaw product assessment and developed operational manuals. After that, they worked at Antaira Technologies as a Regional Sales Engineer, building strong relationships and strategically developing channel partners. At the same company, they also held the position of Product Marketing Engineer, where they assisted the Marketing and Product teams. Currently, they are the Sr. Director of Sales Operations at Zonda, where they work with various teams to promote growth by deriving insight and actionable intelligence. Their responsibilities include creating Salesforce reports, implementing and training sales technology, and improving sales forecasting, among other tasks.

Charles Adams attended California Lutheran University from 2009 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Physics. In 2015, they obtained a Six Sigma White Belt certification from SixSigma.us.
