Karyn Bonder

Karyn Bonder has extensive experience in the marketing and real estate industry. Karyn currently holds the position of Vice President of Business Development at Zonda, where they are responsible for builder sales and marketing. Karyn also works as a Principal at the same company. Prior to joining Zonda, Karyn worked as a Freelance National Marketing Executive.

Karyn spent a significant portion of their career at Lennar, where they held various key roles. Karyn worked as the National Director of Strategic Marketing, Corporate, overseeing marketing teams across multiple states. Karyn was responsible for developing and launching new programs to increase customer engagement. Karyn also served as the Regional Marketing Director for Lennar and Village Builders, where they managed marketing strategies, branding, sales, and budgets for the Central/Midwest Region.

Before joining Lennar, Karyn worked at Zimmerman Advertising as a Regional Account Supervisor for Lennar. In this role, they acted as a strategic liaison between local divisions, national clients, and advertising agencies. Karyn also gained experience as a Strategic Marketing Planner at Elite Communications Group and as a Sales Associate at Ryland Homes.

Karyn started their career as an Account Executive at LM2 and later worked as a Real Estate Consultant and Realtor at Keller Williams Realty, Inc. Karyn began their professional journey as a Program Manager at Motivation Excellence.

Karyn Bonder attended Texas Tech University from 1990 to 1995 and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Communications. Karyn also completed a certification course on "Pitching Yourself" by Jodi Glickman through LinkedIn in 2020.
