Kimberly Byrum, formerly Fiala, is an experienced professional in the multifamily industry. Kimberly currently holds the position of Managing Principal at Zonda since December 2019. Prior to that, Kimberly worked at Meyers Group where Kimberly held various titles including Managing Principal and Senior Vice President. With a background in market research and real estate advisory services, Kimberly has a strong foundation in the industry. Kimberly obtained their Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Economics from Texas A&M University in 1991.
