Alexander Kochetkov

Alexander Kochetkov is a seasoned technical professional with extensive experience in account management and technical support. As a Senior Technical Implementation Manager at Zones, LLC since July 2022, Alexander oversees the implementation of technical solutions. Previously, Alexander served as a Technical Account Manager at Ingram Micro for over a decade, where responsibilities included serving as the primary contact for customers, understanding their business needs, and advocating for them within internal teams. Additional experience includes roles at Parallels and Eldorado LLC, where Alexander contributed as a Master Technical Support Engineer and System Administrator, respectively.
