Martin Willemsen

Martin Willemsen has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the IT industry. Martin is currently the Vice President of Business Strategy APAC at Zones, LLC, a global IT solutions provider. Prior to this, they served as the General Manager of Global Solutions Integration, Asia Pacific and Japan at Black Box. Martin also held the position of General Manager of Global Lifecycle Management Services, Asia Pacific and Japan at Tech Data. Earlier in their career, they worked as the Global Services & Operations Lead, Asia Pacific and Japan at JDSU, Sales Operations Director APAC, Europe and Middle East at InfoWave Pte Ltd, and Service & Operations Director Asia Pacific and Middle East at Honeywell. Martin's expertise lies in strategic planning, P&L management, business development, and team leadership.

Martin Willemsen holds a Graduate Certificate in Innovation (GCI) from Singapore Management University, which they obtained in 2018. Prior to that, they earned a bachelor's associate degree in electronics from Christelijke Hoge Technische School in 1988 and an M.T.S degree in electronics from Christiaan Huygensschool in 1986. Martin's education started with a General Secondary Education (M.A.V.O) degree from Wolfert van Borselen in 1983. Additionally, Martin obtained the Advanced Certificate in Technopreneurship from Singapore Management University in 2019.
